Purple Hairstreaks at Alner's Gorse
Quick visit at Alner's Gorse on way to Blandford this evening was well worth the visit with stunning close up views of Purple Hairstreaks (my 2nd ever). Great views of White-lettered Hairstreak, White Admiral, Silver-washed Fritillary and a large range of common Butterfly species.
