A quick look down on plot lane on the patch this evening turned up singles of Garden Warbler, Whitethroat, Blackcap, Chiffchaff and Willow Warbler. No sign of yesterday's Redstarts or Spotted Flycatcher which I presumed has moved on considering suitable conditions last night.
Only other sightings of note was nice passage of 100+ Swallows and House Martins flying south and possible flyover Tree Pipit late evening.
Otherwise considerable quiet on patch today. Hoping for movement of warblers to pick up before end of the month.
